Julio Martinez, InnoCells

Julio is Executive Director at Innocells, the hub of new digital ventures of Banco Sabadell. As its Corporate Venturing arm, InnoCells focuses on venture building, strategic venture capital and digital strategy. During more than 2 years, he has worked at Sabadell’s strategy consulting team concentrating on digital strategy, transformation and innovation. Previously, Julio was a Vice-President at Citi with a focus on Corporate Development and Investment Banking.

Julio is father of three children, and has lived and worked in the US, UK, Switzerland, Brazil and India.

Maria Santolaria, InnoCells

Maria Santolaria is the Head of Venture Design at InnoCells, the hub of new digital ventures of Banco Sabadell. Previously, she was Head of Human-Centered Innovation at Banco Sabadell, fostering organizational change by making banking more customer-centric.

 Prior to joining Banco Sabadell, she worked at Fjord Madrid and Smart Design San Francisco, both award-winning innovation and design consulting firms. Before moving to Silicon Valley, she worked at Infonomia, one of the leading innovation consulting firms in Spain.

Some of her clients include: Microsoft, Samsung, HP, Huawei, Sanitas, Eroski and La Caixa Foundation, among others.

 Maria teaches Innovation and Design Thinking in various universities and business schools, and mentors several start-ups. She is the founder head curator of TEDxYouth@Barcelona and co-founder of TEDxBarcelona.

Moniek Tiel Groenestege, Business Models Inc

Moniek Tiel Groenestege is Strategy Designer at Business Models Inc. with a passion for start- & scale ups. She applies the energy she gets from working with startups in her work with corporates. But also, the experience of corporates can be applied in the work with scale- & start ups. She helps organizations with the design of business models for the future.

Laura Diaz de Cerio, Google

Agency Development Manager for Google Marketing Solutions, Laura Diaz de Cerio leads Life Design at Google, where she applies the innovation principles of Design Thinking  to the area of education and leadership development. Her passion lies where design, education and social change merge. She has a mild nomadic streak that has taken her to visit 60+ countries. Previously, she advocated for gender equality in business at the Australian Women Chamber of Commerce, was a delegate for the European Commission and organized TEDx conferences.

Claudia Bigas Fernández, Google

Agency Account Strategist for Google Marketing SolutionsClaudia has been working at Google HQ in Dublin for almost 2 years and she is focused on moving Spanish Traditional Agencies to the Digital Advertising World. She is passionate about Online Video Advertising, helping brands innovate and disrupt  in the digital industry. She previously worked as a Marketing Product Manager at l’Oréal, where she developed her passion for cosmetics and fashion branding.

Claudia's hobbies: traveling to exotic places, zumba dancing and fashion lover.

Lilly Vasanthini, Infosys

AVP & Germany Head - Delivery & Operations

Lilly has been in the industry for the past 30 years and specializes in managing large and complex programs in IT Services and working with a diverse cultural team. She leads several client engagement assignments for Infosys and has contributed to the growth of the organization. She is also MBTI certified from CPP, Kansas. Lilly is an active member of the Infosys Global diversity council and champions many women in technology initiatives.

Yoel Lenti, Insitum

Yoel has over 15 years’ experience in strategic business projects to innovate in new products and services with end-user focus. He has collaborated with digital software companies using design interaction tools and applying ethnography to product/services design.

He is the current Director of INSITUM Europe. He has developed projects for various industries, including financial services, FMCG, telecommunications, technology and healthcare industries.
Yoel is Bachelor of Industrial Design from the University Pompeu Fabra, Barcelona - Spain and a Masters in Interaction Design, from  the same university. He also holds a Psychology bachelor from the UOC (Universitat Oberta de Catalunya).

Marlene Kirchner, Insitum

Marlene has a wide variety of experience in Human-Centered Design, change management, process management and workshop facilitation for multinationals and start-ups in the automotive, energy, tech, healthcare and retail sector in Germany and Spain. She graduated as a Bachelor of Economics & Law from the University of Münster, Germany and pursued her MBA at ESADE in Barcelona, Spain with a specialization in innovation, which enabled her to create value in her projects by combining business acumen & a Human-Centered Design approach. Additionally, Marlene teaches Design Thinking and UX Design at Ironhack and tackles global social innovation challenges at the OpenIDEO Chapter Barcelona.
