This notice explains what personal data Leading Futures Institute collects through this website, why, and what rights you have. We collect only what we need and we never sell it.
Who is responsible

What we collect
- Enquiries: when you contact us about research, executive education, advisory work or events, we receive your name, email, organisation, role and the message you send.
- Invitations and events: if you ask to attend an event, your name, email, organisation and any dietary or access needs you share.
- Email correspondence: the messages you send us and our replies.
Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- To answer your enquiry and follow up on it: steps you asked us to take before any agreement (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- To deliver work we agree with you or your organisation: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To meet legal obligations, including accounting records: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
We do not send newsletters or marketing emails unless you ask us to, and every such email lets you unsubscribe.
Who we share it with
Only with the people who need it to handle your request, and with service providers that host our website, email and files on our behalf, under contract. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising. If a provider stores data outside the European Economic Area, we use the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to work together: up to 24 months after your last contact with us.
- Client and partner records: for the duration of the work and as long as Bulgarian law requires for accounting.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy in a portable format. Write to george@futureoutliers.org; we reply within one month. You can also complain to the Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).
